What is this funny looking code I have to enter during login?
It's called a CAPTCHA code. We require you to enter the code to prevent automated scripts and software from snooping for login information. Simply type in the letters/number EXACTLY as you see them into the text box below after you have entered your username and password.

My ID/ password is too hard to remember!
Want an easier login ID and password? No problem! Simply contact Support AT NomadMediaInc.com and we will change your login ID and password to something easier to remember! (Remember to tell us your current login information when you email)

Can I download the movies?
Yes! All movies are fully downloadable. Movies are very high quality (including High Definition) and your download speeds may vary.

Can I keep the movies? Is there any DRM?
You can keep all downloaded movies without restrictions - we do not utilize any DRM (Digital Rights Management) restrictions. Remember, the videos are for your personal pleasure only and may not be shared.

What do I need to watch the movies immediately ("stream")?
You just need the newest version of the Adobe Flash™ Player. Click here to download it if you don't already have it.

More information about Flash™ Player, streaming, downloads
NOTE: not all sites offer immediate streaming.

When I click to watch a video a box open that says "Open" and "Save".

When you click "Open", the video will download and open up while being stored in a temporary folder on your computer. When you click "Save" it does the same thing, except you get to determine where to store the video at. This makes it easier to locate and watch it right after it has finished downloading.

When I try to save an image ("right click > save-as") the name of the image is always "push". Does that matter?
Not at all. This is merely a server and security measure and simply means you'll want to give each image a different name if you like.

After you saved the images on your hard drive you can certainly rename them to whatever you like. A batch file renamer can make this easier for you. Here's a link to a free renamer program we like.

If I see a broken image or a movie doesn't work or something else is wrong, who do talk to?
Please let us know directly if you see anything less than perfect on any of the sites. Click here to go to the contacts page.
